The W2/AC is a more sophisticated version of the W2 Winding/Measuring machine and is primarily designed for efficient winding/measuring of product into coils for easy removal. 

The coiling cage provided is 600mm diameter  x 250mm width and an optional 800mm diameter coiling cage is available at additional cost if required for larger cable or larger bend radius cable.

The unit is also provided with a small drum winding attachment allowing product to be measured and wound directly onto plastic, metal or cardboard drums/reels up to  600mm diameter x 400mm width and up to a maximum load of 100kg.

It features a 0.75kw brake motor with inverter speed control allowing for included features such as:

• Electric brake motor arrests "over-run" at the end of the count.
• Programmable metric electronic counter (allowing for the winder to be recalibrated)
• Automatic switch-off at the end of a preset cable length
• Auto slow-down speed 10 meters before the the end of the preset cable length  (adjustable)
• Programmable metric electronic counter, which also allows for the winder to be recalibrated.

Inching can be achieved by using the forward reverse jog button.
A "Dead-Man" switch is built into the handgrip of the meterhead for operator safety.


Speeds are fully variable with the speed control knob.
