A budget priced variable speed cable winding machine suitable for measuring & winding cable, hose, flexible tubing & rope, powered by a 1.1kW brake motor.

Operator initiates winding via thumb control (deadman switch) and speed with rotary dial, both controls at meterhead position.
Maximum diameter through the meterhead is 32mm and the meterhead height is adjustable.
A mechanical counter is fitted to measure in metres (Max. 9999.9 metres)

A coiling cage is supplied for coil winding. Dimensions of the coiling cage are 600mm outer diam. x 280mm  inner diam. & 250mm wide.
Half of the winding cage slides off the axle end to allow the wound coil to be removed from the winder.

Fittings are supplied for small drum winding.

This winder is designed to be moved parallel to racking systems.
Two set wheels & a swivel caster fitted to the base frame assists in moving the machine.
